Некоторые заметки о проведении fam trip для GRO

Добрый день, уважаемый читатель!

В начале декабря 2011 года я была в рекламнике по Хургаде, Египет. Я вспомнила свои эмоции по этому поводу и решила их запротоколировать. :)

Информация будет полезна для как уже работающих Guest relation officer, так для и только для обучающихся.


Я писала о том, что мне не понравилось и что требует, на мой взгляд, изменения.
Писала на аглийском, так как отправила этот текст на предыдущую работу.
The details are to be paid attention to:
1. While taking care of fam trips: no artificial drinks – in every hotel we were offered the same drinks: either fake orange juice or still fake karkade. In the end of the day 1st one girl ended up going to the doctor because of the pressure. High or low – that I dont know – she felt bad.

One hotel offered us freshly squeezed orange juice, the first impression was saved. I personally would have preferred fresh fruit like an apple or grapes or melon, or everything above mentioned. Working the whole morning with no food and drinking all that junk drinks – that doesn’t add health.
2. For GROs: don’t waste time trying to show everything. In the end of the day nobody is interested in anything, no matter how beautiful and renovated the hotel is. Just checking with the group about the orientation program needed and represent accordingly from the most beautiful place in the hotel.
3. The handout should contain data sheet of the hotel in the language of agents + e-mails of people in charge reservation and reception + any presentation information possible, i.e. 3D.
4. Put the sign with the name of the hotel somewhere on the reception desk. It is usually hard to find it, but it is very important to start photo session with the name of the hotel. Otherwise, these photos will be lost and forgotten.
5. In the end show the lady’s room.
6. For guests’ room: after looking through all of the programmed hotels: put all the information about the hotel you can in the room, especially hotel map.





7. This hotel is very expencive and our favorite,to my taste, only for the beach (no animation, internet against extra charge, food is quite regular, nothing special). Also there is a special atmosphere. Every fam trip participant wanted to stay:
